Job Role

Our client, a leading UK accommodation provider are currently recruiting for a customer service and reservations executive. This role will involve managing the reservations of this leading company and ensuring maximum occupancy. You will have experience of managing bookings and updating the website and 3rd party sites. You will be involved in liaising with the sales team and be involved in meetings with the stakeholders to drive business and ensure an efficient service.
You will have previous hotel reservations experience and excellent customer care skills.
A leading UK accommodation provider.
Salary is £18,000-£20,000 per annum dependent on experience plus company benefits.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
