I have an exclusive opportunity for an audiovisual service engineer who comes for an av installation background. This role will see you bring a background of multi-room installations with a good understanding of home automation and custom install. Due to the nature of the work you must have a high ability to liaise with clients in their own home and your work quality must be second to none. A good knowledge of London roads would be an advantage to get to the clients house at the arranged time. Once in the clients' house you will be tasked with diagnosing faults, removing and replacing faulty equipment. You will also be expected to re-program Philips Pronto remote controls, download and upload software to projectors, DVD players, av amplifiers AMX and Crestron. Ideally you need to be pretty IT savvy as you will be able to remotely log in and diagnose faults. Due to the nature of the environment you will be expected to cover weekend and out of hours (OOH).
