Ludlow Street Healthcare Group is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with mental health problems and other specialist care needs.
The specific purpose of this post is to provide therapeutic, educational and personal care to a group of students with Autistic Spectrum Disorders aged between 16 – 25 attending Beechwood College.
As a Residential Support Worker you will actively seek to promote the rights, welfare and quality of life of resident students, and to work in partnership with the members of the student’s family and the wider professional network.
Previous experience of working in the Care sector or a secure environment is essential.
