Residential Lettings Negotiator needed to join the team of this highly regarded Estate Agent and Lettings Agent in the heart of prime Central London property in Chelsea. You will have some experience of the business (6 Months + ideally) and be looking move to a company with a high profile. The package consists of a £16k basic with office commission and the expected total on target earnings will be £30/35k + p.a. You must have a full driving licence a pool car is available. Any local knowledge of Central London will be an advantage, the company offers excellent prospects with 22 day + holiday and benefits with its network of offices across London. It is essential that you are smart and confident dealing with high end property and possess good communication skills when dealing with Landlords and Tenants.
