Senior Lettings Negotiator needed to join the team of this highly regarded Estate and Lettings Agent in Wimbledon Village SW19.
You will have some experience of the business and be looking to move to a company with a high profile. The package consists of an £16 - 18k basic with office commission and the expected earnings will be £30 -35,000 pa. plus company car or car allowance. Any local knowledge of this part of London will be an advantage and the company offers excellent prospects with its network of offices. It is essential that you are smart and confident and possess good communication skills when dealing with Landlords and Tenants. You must have a driving licence for this role.
