A Residential Manager is required to work in a 2-5 bedded care home for boys and girls with Challenging behaviour between the ages of 10- 18 years. The home based in the Telford area.
You would be responsible for the day to day organisation and effective running with the home in accordance with the Care Standards Act and Regulations, General Social Care Council codes of practise and other legal requirements. You will be responsible for a team of qualified staff, monitoring allocation of work, monitoring of work progress, staff management, performance management and managing budgets. Ensure staff receives the appropriate support through relevant supervision, appraisal and governance arrangements and that staff understand their individual responsibilities through and the process. NVQ level 4 and a proven track record of management experience is essential.
