Residential Support Worker
Description
You will provide comprehensive respite or longer term care for adults with learning disabilities. Some of whom who display extreme challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties. You will offer support and assistance to residents, and be part of a rota. This may include waking night duty, and sleep ins when required.
Skills
Ideal applicants should have a minimum of 1 years experience of working within a similar environment and be willing to work some weekends as required and undertake training course inline with company requirements.
NVQ 2 or 3 in caring for adults is desirable but not essential.
