Due to increased business demands our privately owned Recruitment Client are looking to employ a Resourcer / Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. The role will involve you working alongside and supporting two lead Recruitment Consultants who work with clients on Permanent, Contract and Temporary Banking / Financial recruitment roles. The ideal profile described by my client is for someone who demonstrates a natural sales ability / attitude and the passion to build a career in the Recruitment industry long term. Our clients are very flexible on your background and will consider someone with strong resourcing experience from one of the following recruitment areas:- Banking, Technology, Financial Services or Insurance. You’ll need to be articulate, customer facing and possess a very good telephone manner.
Degree education is preferred, but not essential and recruitment (Banking / Financial / IT) experience is essential, preferably in a researcher / resourcer role.
This is not a sales role.
