As a resourcer, you will conduct name-gathering on all our exclusive and retained roles: this will involve a variety of methods including Internet researching, referrals and database trawling. You will handle initial headhunts, identify key candidates and draw up long-lists. You will source candidates for opportunities and leads, build up our database, network through LinkedIn and similar sites, and research new companies and sectors. You will map those businesses for key decision-makers, gather sales information to generate leads and monitor news feeds and trade press for market trends.
