An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within an internal recruitment division based at a large city centre law firm.

Job Title:Resourcing Administrator

Location:LeedsCity Centre

Salary:Competitive salary + benefits

Purpose:

Dealing with all associated administration surrounding the recruitment process, including posting advertisements on-line, qualifying applicants, arranging telephone and face to face interviews, handling all correspondences to applicants and managing the recruitment database.

Main tasks include:

·Manage the vacancy process on the recruitment database including posting, maintaining, updating and removing vacancies.

·Liaise with media booking agencies to place external recruitment advertisements in various mediums

·Place, maintain and monitor recruitment advertisements on all agreed partner internet sites.

·Manage all reports and searches, ensuring the database is updated

·Deal with all administration associated with the recruitment processing including, reject, invite to interview and vacancy management

·Arrange all interviews, liaising with Line Managers, agencies and all direct applicants

·Qualifying applicants against agreed criteria and gain other relevant information prior to the interview process

·Fully manage junior vacancies with guidance from Resourcing Managers

·Maintenance of Resourcing spreadsheets to include recommend a friend and interview schedules.

Skills/ Qualifications:

·5 A - C GCSE passes

·Previous experience of working within a Recruitment Agency (either Consultant or Resourcer) or within an internal Recruitment function

·Exposure to organising Assessment days and multiple interviews

·Knowledge and understanding of multiple business functions (i.e. Retail, HR, Finance, Technical, Design etc)

·Exposure to on-line recruitment advertisement

·Excellent IT literacy and skills

·Excellent organisation skills

·Positive 'Can do' approach

·Analytical with high attention to detail

·Confident and articulate communicator
