My client, based in Crewe has an opening for an experienced Resourcing Advisor.This forward-thinking company has a dedicated recruitment team that provides a professional, cost and time effective service to their internal customers and potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

·To contribute to the development and maintenance of a competency framework for all roles, working in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager.

·Coaching hiring managers to write accurate Job Descriptions in line with the agreed competency framework.

·Advising hiring managers on attraction strategies for sourcing the best quality candidates for their role and executing the agreed attraction plan.

·Managing and developing the preferred Suppliers List and building solid partnerships with all third party suppliers.

·Working with the creative agency (ies) to design, plan, implement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.

·To ensure all Service Level Agreements are not only met but exceeded with regard to sourcing and recruitment of high calibre candidates.

·To ensure that every channel to market is regularly reviewed with regard to their effectiveness in meeting the business requirements.

·To plan Resourcing initiatives such as jobs fairs/advertising activities etc. in line with business requirements.

·To constantly evaluate the sourcing methodology in order to meet the Resourcing function KPI’s

·To build strong working relationships with the hiring managers and key stakeholders in order to deliver the most effective Resourcing solution.

·To design and implement a headhunting/referral model within LSG in order to provide a targeted capability within the Resourcing function.

·To manage all sourcing activity.

·To conduct comprehensive market research into the labour market and gain a thorough understanding of salaries, appropriate attraction methodologies for each role and current best practice sourcing methodologies.

·To assist or manage ad-hoc Resourcing Project work as required.

You must have experience of Assessment Centres, competency-based interviewing and high volume based recruitment. A CIPD is desirable.
