We are seeking the expertise of an experienced Repairs Supervisor to plan and maintain a multi skilled workforce engaged in repairs, maintenance and improvement works to the groups properties, ensuring the highest possible quality of workmanship is carried out.
Key Responsibilities:
o Quality control
o Budgeting
o Managing and Motivating
o Checking Tradesman's vehicles are roadworthy
o Developing and Maintaining risk management procedures
Skills and Experience
o Qualified and experienced in at least one trade
o Experience working in a multi skilled work force
o Supervising
o Experience in scheduling works
o Good communication and IT skills
o Great attitude, confident approach
