The Place:
A magnificent 4 star hotel inScotland`s Central Belt is looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager, to strengthen their management team. The Hotel, which is part of a national hotel chain, boasts luxury bedrooms, award winning fine dining restaurant.
The Job:
This is a hands on role which will involve you working closely with the Restaurant team to ensure the high standards of service and customer care are maintained. You will lead and manage a small team, ensuring they are motivated and driven in delivering service excellence.
The Person:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within a 4 star, fine dining environment. You will be driven and passionate in your determination to further your career within Fine Dining Restaurant Management. In addition you will be highly motivated with an excellent eye for attention to detail.
This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their career in food and beverage management, as the hotel are considering restructuring their food and beverage services to include two restaurants, thus increasing their custom.
The Rewards:
Our client is offering a salary package in the region of £15,000 to £19,000 along with excellent company benefits.
