Do you want to be part of an established well organised team with the autonomy to manage the business as if it were your own then we have an exciting opportunity for a restaurant manager to work in the Leeds area.
You will be asked to drive the business forward working towards a yearly business plan as well as forecasting expected business trends for the area and being involved in forecasting year on year budgets

Your duties will include managing the team including the supervisors, ordering goods from various suppliers including linen and tableware and managing the stock including breakages, recruitment and training of the team including appraisals and KPI's to ensure that the team understand the overall target and work to various promotions which will be communicated in daily meetings, working to budgets and targets, recommending a beverage that will compliment the meal and explaining the specials to the team, liaising with the kitchen staff ensuring that standards are met, managing performance, cash handling, you will have additional duties which will be confirmed at interview.
To be a successful candidate for this role you must have worked in a successful restaurant as a restaurant manager delivering a professional service whilst be able to demonstrate longevity on your cv and a strong management style.
