This major International business are looking to recruit for their Healthcare Advisory team. This team is unique within the Restructuring business as they undertake a variety of assignments unique to the Healthcare sector including reviewing NHS trusts and key regulators i.e. due diligence reviews, reviewing integrated business plans and long term financial models. You'll also undertake efficiency reviews looking at cost improvement strategy and looking at organisations current position. You'll also perform due diligence reviews on M&A activity for NHS trusts and foundations. As the range of projects indicates, this team is very well respected within the group and as such is made up of people with arrange of skills . You will have Healthcare experience ideally with Foundation Trust application process. You will also be happy with Performance Improvement, business re-structuring & turnaround. ACA preferred but not essential.
