Retail Area Manager. Area Manager required for this rapidly expanding but extremely well established retail business. The successful applicant will manage a multi site area of stores across a large area in the northeast.
You will be responsible for the P&L of the area and ensure that all stores are running as effectively and efficiently as possible. You will recruit, train and develop the management team and work towards profit targets through KPI management across the area.
In addition to this you will be responsible for the commercial development of the area by driving and implementing new business strategy.
