This renowned Investment Management firm is looking for a Retail Finance Head of Distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the sales channels to ensure that our client maximises business opportunities whilst retaining a highly efficient operating structure.

Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the strategic planning process for the sales channels
*Producing regular P&L reporting and analysis for the channels along with forecast updates and measurement against plans
*Communicating embedded value of new business reporting
*Agreeing special terms with the distributors
*Providing financial guidance on various projects (many of which will revolve around product development)
*Designing and operating compensation schemes for the sales staff
*Providing financial support to the marketing and product development departments
*Working closely with the management and statutory accounting teams
*Managing a team of three accountants


To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant with experience in a similar role in the investment management arena.
