Job Description :
Now, we want you to take charge of one of our retail teams. We want you to inspire them, develop them, involve them, give them somewhere they love working. How will you do that? We wouldn't like to say. You're probably brimming over with thoughts and ideas and sparks of inspiration yourself.

Training
You'll start with a thorough induction, and once you start we'll agree a comprehensive training programme that could count towards an NVQ.
Who we're looking for
Passionate. Inspirational. Focused. Fun-loving. There are all sorts of words we could use to describe our store managers. You don't necessarily need experience in mobile or telecomms, although that would certainly help. But you do need to be able to set the tone in the store, deliver a brilliant customer experience and get some fantastic results.
