This is an exciting opportunity to join this well established multi brand fashion retailer. Located on the High Street in Doncaster this prestigious Ladies and Menswear Store is currently looking for a Retail Store Manager.
As the Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for Maximising Sales to achieve agreed increases in line with company targets, creating a customer-focused store environment by ensuring customers are our first priority, and driving staff to achieve an active selling environment.
You will also need to be aware of competitor activity to enable you to make commercial decisions to maximise sales, ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising are maintained at all times.
Required:
Experience in a target driven & proactive retail sales environment
Comfortable in a “hands on” customer facing role
Cash handling and back office skills
The ability to communicate with suppliers
Strong stock handling and operational skills
A keen eye for merchandising and display (without planograms)
High levels of security awareness
PC literacy.
