Retail Store Manager – Bluewater – Jewellery - £22k + £6k bonus + Jewellery allowance
High Profile Jewellery store in Bluewater seeks professional and dynamic Retail Store Manager with strong retail management background.Your main areas of work will involve reaching sales targets, dealing with customer service things that arise, plus health and safety and security issues.You will also be involved in staff management, including interviewing, recruiting and training staff.You will be responsible for all aspects of stock control, general administration. Promoting the brand by wearing their jewellery as part of the uniform, organising and managing events.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a versatile role and loves the sparkle of working in Retail Management.
The basic salary is £20k p.a. plus up to £6k bonus plus £2,5000 jewellery allowance each year.
