My client who are a leading independent travel agency based in Kent are looking for a Retail Travel Assistant Manager to join their team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
My Client is currently seeking a new member of staff for their busy branch based in Kent as a Retail Travel Assistant Manager.
The role of Retail Travel Assistant Manager will be to assist the manager with various ad-hoc duties as well as make package, flight and hotel bookings to a variety of destinations. You will be advising clients visiting the shop in person or over the telephone.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous travel industry experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Worldwide destination product knowledge
Used to working to targets
Excellent Customer Service skills
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will receive an excellent starting salary with commission and fantastic training.
Candidates without Assistant Management experience may apply although a solid travel background is essential.
