Our client is a UK market leader in their specialist field. They manage and run a portfolio of websites that provides select business with a means of communicating and marketing their products to members of the public.
Currently they seek a Retentions and Customer Services Manager who will be responsible for the management of a team of customer care agents. Through a combination of monitoring and on the job coaching, you will assist the agents in achieving quality, productivity, and retention targets. You will work as part of the management team trying to meet all SLA’s, targets and objectives through effective staff management. You will provide technical and operational support, where possible, to all agents as well as to other colleagues, liaise with customers and third party suppliers, and resolve issues and technical problems.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Proven team management experience within a call centre environment
-Experience of coaching and developing agents
-Customer retention experience
-Strong customer service focus
-Web Portal experience (desirable)
Successful candidates will be paid 30k per annum . Standard office hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
