Medium sized, City based law firm. Consistently had top rankings within the Legal 500 and Chambers for their work.
Based in a team of seven, working closely with one other, reporting to Head of Finance.
To work with Partners and fee earners in managing their WIP, disbursement balances, billing and debtors.
Responsibilities
- Hold regular meetings with Partners and fee earners, to review their revenue balances. Discussing the production of bils, time and disbursement write offs and debtor balances.
- Understanding and implementation of sources of funding. Regular reports of the revenue position.
- Monitor progress of draft bills through to engrossment.
- Liaison with external and internal clients, to progress payment of invoices to include telephone and written communication.
- Producing periodic reports on WIP and Receivables status.

Candidate Profile
Experience gained in a similar revenue capacity, with a City based law firm. Ability to produce complex legal bills, if required. Good understanding of SARs and applications of VAT. Working towards ICM is preferred but not essential.
