Join this City Financial Services organisation as Interim Reward and Recognition manager, where you will provide a transparent reward strategy to aid attraction, retention and motivation of employees. Plan, design and implement International Reward strategy to support a period of development and change throughout the business. Ensuring a competitive market position, key areas of responsibilities will include:
· Providing input into structure and running of the bonus scheme
· Review and develop potential recognition strategies
· Managing the annual pay and bonus process
· Benchmarking pay and benefit provisions
· Managing employee benefits
· Implement and maintain the role levelling project
· Managing a small team
· Making presentations to board
A proven track record of successfully managing Compensation and Benefits is vital for this role, including experience within a period of change, incentive scheme and staff management. A strong analytical ability, professional manner and communication skills are also essential.
