Exciting opportunity to develop and broaden your existing reward skills within a large organisation offering a varied role. Supporting the Reward Manager, you will assist in the delivery of annual reward events; co-ordinate and administer benefit schemes; administer bonus and share plans; company car administration and annual reporting. This role offers both variety and skill progression, support from an experienced Reward Manager and the opportunity to take ownership for projects. Previous experience within Compensation & Benefits/ Reward is vital, including demonstrable confident excel skills gained through Compensation analysis, clear communication skills and high degree of numeracy.
