The Reward Consultant will deliver an effective and efficient Reward & Benefits service. Key areas of responsibility will include the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review processes, salary benchmarking, job evaluation and the day-to-day management of benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work on a number of key reward projects.
You will have previous experience within a reward & benefits role, ideally gained within a large commercial environment. You will have strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Candidates will be educated to degree level, ideally with a formal HR qualification.
