This role represents an excellent opportunity to join this vibrant business and provide advice on all reward related aspects of international assignments to ensure compliance with the wider assignment policy.
Reporting into the Head of Reward and managing a team of 2, you will act as the Senior point of contact for business HR teams and line management; taking responsibility for providing advice on all aspects of international assignments.
The role will also be required to cover all policy advice and documentation, including work permit, immigration, tax and social security compliance requirements, for both the individual and the Corporation, as well as supporting the wider Reward function with any international reward requirements.
Reward Manager - International assignments - London - Key skills
With a successful track record in Reward and Employment taxation, you will have worked within complex, global organisations and gained significant experience of the international assignments space.
In addition, you must also have the following experience / skills:
ATT / CTA Qualified or 3-5 years of expatriate tax and management experience in practice or in house
Proven track record of running a large expatriate programme
Knowledge of tax equalisation and its application
Appreciation of different expatriate reward approaches
Ability to move with the changing face of the Corporation and anticipate the impact to the International Assignments programme
Strong stakeholder management experience; having the ability to liaise with executive level senior management internally and globally
Ability to liaise with and use external vendors effectively
Team player who will command respect across the business
Excellent communication skills
Up to £60k basic + excellent benefits package
