Reward Manager Grade 7 £50,888 (Salary range £50,888 - £60,980) London This is a high profile opportunity within a brand new team in our People Function. You will play a key role in driving forward reward and recognition for HMRC employees by managing and developing your own small team dealing with Benefits and Total Reward. Helping the Reward Senior Manager to develop a Benefits and Total Reward strategy, you will implement and manage the resulting initiatives, and make positive changes happen on behalf of employees at all levels. Reviewing and revising systems, developing educational materials and presenting papers to key stakeholders, you will work closely with government agencies, and with internal policy and communications teams, to influence, champion and facilitate the continued development of HMRC Benefits and Total Reward. Proven experience of developing and implementing policies and strategies is essential, as is general and technical knowledge of reward issues. Ideally, you have already implemented total reward statements within an organisation – you will certainly have helped to deliver high profile reward systems. A CIPD qualification will be an advantage, but familiarity with the latest thinking in reward and recognition, and a proactive approach to developing fresh ideas and introducing new ways of working, will be the keys to your success.
