Sales Executive – High-Ticket Retailer (Amazing Earnings Potential!)

Our client is a large non food retailer with a nationwide portfolio of stores and a turnover in the billions of pounds. They are one of the major retail success stories, and trade from large out of town locations, placing a large emphasis on customer service and efficient operational skills.

Job Role – Sales Executive:

As a Sales Executive for this organization, you will be targeted to deliver exceptional and creative customer service to drive sales within the site. The role is not for someone who work towards sales targets – it is for someone who wants to completely surpass sales targets!

Due to the high-ticket price of the product within the company, the successful candidate will need to show a unique and imaginative sales approach and have a proven track record of success within a challenging, commission focused retail environment.

Key Attributes – Sales Executive

- It is anticipated you will be from Electrical, Flooring, Jewellery, Mobile Phone, Kitchen or Car Retail Sales
- It is also essential that you hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have your own transport (business miles will be reimbursed)
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and with an ability to demonstrate a track record of achievement in a customer facing and sales driven environment
- Experience in a commission driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and commercially aware
- Outgoing personality with the ability to approach customers and assess needs
- Possess a good understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
- As this is a customer facing role it is essential you are flexible with regards work pattern and can work early / late shifts and weekends on a rota basis
- The ability to generate new customer relationships and build those relationships to proactively secure sales
