This privately-owned group of recruitment companies was established almost 10 years ago and specialises in the supply of Engineering and IT staff across the UK, they have had a strong market presence for over a decade. The group reports a £22m turnover over their 2 Southern locations, and they are currently offering the opportunity for an established Sales Manager to join their established team in Reading in a time of expansion.
Adopting a hands-on management role, you will be responsible for growing, developing and mentoring your team into other areas of the Rail industry, leading by example you will bring on new business, liaising with key clients in order to develop your network and expand the division.Focussing on the Design and Engineering side, you will guide your team, offering support and motivation in order to boost sales.Tackling all aspects of recruitment, your role in general will involve nurturing and developing your team and business unit as a whole - maximising revenue.
