Job Title - SAP PLM Support Specialist
Location - Newport
Salary - Up to £50k

Job Role - The SAP PLM Support Specialist will provide 2nd level support for SAP PLM service including the attached capabilities for file storage, file conversion and Outlook notification and will also include the full Configuration Management capabilities including interfaces with CAD and ERP systems. The SAP PLM Support Specialist will respond to user queries and requests within the timelines specified within the SAP PLM SLA and escalate issues within the support organisations and externally as required. Key responsibilities will be Technical and Functional support for the SAP PLM Solution, provide and record issue resolution, advise users on the SAP PLM, provide technical leadership and guidance for the estimation of change requests and their implementation and work closely with the SAP PLM system and solution architect.
Essential Skills - Proven SAP PLM experience, with experience as a SAP PLM Consultant, functional and technical user support experience, configuration experience of SAP PLM (part, bom, baselines, change and document management). SAP PLM and related issues resolution using OSS and other SAP PLM sources of information. Experience in running CAD and ERP interfaces with SAP PLM and previous experience of SAP PLM in a multi disciplined and project oriented organisation.
Desirable Skills - Security Cleared, experience of working within the Defence sector. SAP PLM training/certification, Configuration Management qualification, experience of other Configuration Management/CM Associated tools would be an advantage.
