We are currently undertaking a number of very positive and wide reaching initiatives at group/European level in order to achieve standardisation across our UK, US and European IS operations; this will involve significant change management across all aspects of IS including infrastructure, web / new product development, and ERP. To help facilitate this change programme we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive hands-on and senior level project management experience within enterprise scale Infrastructure projects, ideally with a Microsoft bias. Mandatory skills and experience -Extensive and proven prior experience working at senior project manager level within a major corporate/enterprise scale environment -A hands-on technical background within a large scale Microsoft heavy infrastructure department -Proven full lifecycle project management experience -Extensive line management experience of teams of 5+ PM’s -Prior long-term experience in large corporate/enterprise scale private-sector companies -Extensive experience managing large-scale projects i.e. £1m+ / matrix team of 15+ staff -One or more PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI etc -Recent experience managing direct, in-house teams The role will be based in our Sutton (Surrey/South London) head office and is offered on a permanent/full-time basis.
