SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LEGAL

BASE £25,000 - £35,000 DOE + TO 40% COMMISSION
As an unlisted public company they specialise solely on the recruitment sector, offering solutions to the professional services, focussing on the Legal, Banking and IT markets.With offices across the UK and Europe, the can offer search, contingency and contract solutions to numerous blue-chip clients internationally.They currently employ around 70 people and with ambitious expansion plans they are looking to take on senior level consultants for their London office.
Taking on the full 360 recruitment role you will be involved in identifying suitable candidates, networking, generating leads and managing any existing business as well as liaising with new clients in order to win their business and drive sales forward.Covering the Legal sector you will be making mid-senior level placements across the market, with salaries on average of £70k - £100k and with full autonomy and scope to develop your desk and maximise revenue, you will be expected to bill at least £200k - £250k pa once established.
As a competent recruiter you will ideally have at least 12 months experience within Legal or another professional market, with a stable career history and an exceptional billing record.You will demonstrate drive, determination and confidence, with a professional attitude, strong business development skills and a solid work ethic, as well as being hungry to succeed and earn serious money.Joining a dynamic and successful team, you will receive full support and guidance in developing your career, with a structured career path and the chance to earn fantastic commission.
