This well known international contractor operating throughout the Middle East is in joint venture with a well known local contractor who are gearing up to take advantage of the anticipated upturn in the Health Care market within the Gulf Region.
The requirement is for a well-seasoned Tender Planner with substantial international experience ideally gained working on major building projects within the Middle East and preferably projects involving Integrated Joint Venture arrangements.
You will be responsible for scheduling and costing, craneage/materials movement, assessment and budgeting, temporary utilities scheduling and costing, site logistics and the production of site layouts/ restrictions/ phasing diagrams.
Your duties will also cover liaising with the designers, sub-contractors and staff to source programme information, as well as visiting sites and carrying out document audit to identify influential parameters and potential problems.
Advanced computer literacy is a must as is the ability to research modern/contemporary construction methods in order to be able to present the most up to date cost/time effective construction procedures.
The position offers an excellent basic salary, an accommodation allowance, company car or allowance and free medical, generous leave and flights allowance as well as an annual bonus arrangement.
