SEO Specialist / SEO Manager - Southampton - £25-£30k
Leading digital media agency based in Southampton is looking to recruit a SEO Specialist / SEO Manager. Due to our developing client base we are looking to recruit a Head of Online Promotion/SEO ideally with experience in SEO techniques and online marketing campaigns. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate techniques used in previous SEO and SEM campaigns.
Reporting to the company Directors, the successful candidate will join our current team to work on a number of external projects for a growing list of prestigious clients as well as contribute to some very exciting internal projects. The Directors themselves on creating a friendly and professional work environment where the team work towards common goals and all opinions and creative input is valued.
Job Description:
To administer and manage the company's online marketing and SEO department, managing and implementing internet marketing campaigns including search engine optimisation and email marketing in an exciting variety of market sectors. Responsible for the sales of online promotion and SEO products via the production of free reports for SEO and estimation of time and costs for the work.
To develop campaigns including the specification of campaign web sites, optimisation of web sites and the management of Google and other search engine system advertising. Responsibility for results and budgets assigned to each project and completion of work on time and on budget.
Organising the work required on client's websites as a result of SEO and online marketing work and reporting back to clients.

* Free Reports/Web site specification
* Directory Submissions
* Optimisation tasks to web sites
* Optimised copy writing
* Management of pay-per-click search engine campaigns
* Integration of digital and traditional marketing elements
* Monthly Reports
* Website amends as a result of Promotion/SEO
* Article Writing and Marketing
* Blog Writing and Marketing
Qualifications/Experience:
* Graduate calibre
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Passionate about the marketing opportunity on the web
* Computer literate and internet literate
* Smart, reliable and personable
* Ambitious with a strong desire to succeed in marketing
* Very strong SEO experience, in planning, management, performance and results
* Very good understanding of HTML
