Excellent opportunity for an online marketer with strong data analysis skills to join a leading travel site! You must have a strong and proven background in analyzing and testing user centred design and web user experience. The ability to scope, define and manage web user experience projects is essential.


Your expertise in interface design will be matched by a strong background in testing and data analysis. You will be required to provide guidance on all elements of user experience on two web sites and their email campaigns.
This role will involve working alongside our designer and the development team as well as gathering feedback from other internal departments.

A good understanding of web applications, website design, search marketing and data analysis is required. We are currently working with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Web site Optimiser but would be happy to consider other tracking applications.



What You'll Be Doing
  • Working with Google Analytics, Website Optimiser, Google Adwords on daily basis.
  • Design split tests for all aspects of the sites and their email campaigns
  • Document all tests showing changes made, outcomes and recommended directions for future tests.
  • Analysis of keywords and phrases to determine booking stage, demographic and user intent and design tests to accommodate or help define user intent.
  • Analysis of landing pages to define primary and secondary goals.
  • Help define layout / colours / spacing / images etc.
  • Help define slogans and sales messages that reinforce our brand values
  • Help define the web sites functional elements
  • Working with Excel to analyse data and create reports, showing progress and direction
  • Continually re-evaluate finding and direction of sites and marketing campaigns


What We're Looking For
  • Have a marketing or business related degree.
  • Have an online marketing experience of 1 year +, with a thorough understanding of online marketing principles, techniques and media.
  • Be commercially results-driven with a track record of delivering results online.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Be an articulate self-starter with a can-do attitude and a desire to see things through.
  • Be willing to support ad hoc data inquiries and ensure that basic reporting needs are met.
  • Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work across the sector at different levels.
  • Must be comfortable with interpreting data and providing appropriate business recommendations based on conclusions.
