Privately owned Australian company, a major player in their market, seek a qualified and experienced Service Manager to manage and coordinate a small growing team involved in the service, maintenance & repair of their high quality commercial appliances throughout Sydney and NSW regional locations. With service representatives across all states, this company prides itself on the quality of their products and customer service.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will promote & grow the businesses service and parts divisions while providing leadership to a team of field service technicians ensuring customer satisfaction. In this key role, you will communicate with clients, coordinate training & OH&S duties as well as performing some standard administration functions. Broadly, the role is split 60% on road supporting the field service team/meeting with clients and 40% in the office.
Your resume will speak for itself; you MUST be a trade qualified Gasfitter or Electrician who has worked in a similar management role within service. It is essential that you have some knowledge of commercial appliances and / or refrigeration and associated equipment. You will be proactive, organised and motivated to lead and develop a cohesive team. As well as having strong interpersonal communication & listening skills you will also possess intermediate PC skills within the MS Office suite.
