As a contractor with a proven track record in the New South Wales market it was natural this business was going to prove integral in the delivery of the governments stimulus work. Having successfully tendered projects for both the BER and Social housing packages of the stimulus they are now looking to secure the services of a number of Site managers.o:p>
Projects will typically range from $2m to $5m and successful applicants will demonstrate a track record of delivery on either government or residential projects. The role will see successful applicants reporting directly to the project manager. You are likely to have 15 ? 20 projects on your resume all delivered to budget on time and with exceptional quality.
Your success in the role will be determined by your superior organization and planning skills your ability to problem solve and your keen eye for detail.
