Fixed Term contract for 6 months
£30,000 – £35,000 pa + pension + 26 days leave + private health care

This role will be responsible for software development, delivery and support of web based software applications for the Geodesys business unit. A proven developer, you’ll work both individually and as part of a small team on a range of business and reporting projects. You’ll agree timescales and ensure solutions are delivered in line with our high internal standards.
Of degree calibre, you must have proven experience of software development using the Microsoft.NET Framework. This should include detailed knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, IIS and SQL Server as well as standards compliant web design. Exposure to Oracle and to current Microsoft design technologies, such as WCF, would be advantageous.
You should be a strong communicator with ability to interpret detailed customer requirements and deliver a quality solution. You’re comfortable working to service level conditions, have the ability to prioritise and can use your initiative to provide scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
