Do you want to work for a company that is prestigious, fast growing and dynamic? The company are currently looking for hard working, diligent and driven individuals who will help to build spirit amongst an expanding home insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, diligent and hard working. Training will be given.
Your duties will include;
• Contacting customers regarding their current account as well as offering them the opportunity to upgrade or switch to a new account.
• Catering to customers specific needs and matching them with available products in order to maximise sales.
• Working towards achievable sales targets and expanding your product knowledge.
• Being accurately able to fact find and update the in house system.
• Management of your own work load.
• Working as part of a larger team.
Experience needed;
• Desirable candidates will have previous sales experience and will have worked directly with customers.
• Experience working toward targets.
• You must also work well under pressure and be verbally persuasive.
• You should be IT literate.
