Store Manager - Leading Convenience Retailer

They are currently looking for a driven Store Manager to join the team.
Job Role - Store Manager:
Responsible for running a team of staff, you will be ensuring that store standards are maintained and you will be involved in the recruitment, training and development of personnel. You will be responsible for maximising store sales and adhering to store budgets and meeting profit targets.
Key Attributes - Store Manager:
- Retail management experience, either as a Store Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong communication / customer service / organisational skills
- Working knowledge of payroll and cash handling
- Excellent track record of achievement: maximising sales and achieving / surpassing targets
