Store Manager – Leading Retailer
Our client is one of the UK’s leading corporations. An exciting opportunity has come about in their food service team for a talented operator to drive performance in one of the high profile sites. They are currently looking for a driven Store Manager.
Job Role – Store Manager:
Our client has a vacancy for a high calibre business manager. The role involves running a busy site that includes a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop and retail shop. In particular you will need to have managed a high volume business with a high number of customers ensuring that you are able to maximise sales at peak times. You will also need to demonstrate ‘entrepreneurial flair’ ensuring the continued growth of the business.
This particular brand is highly regarded throughout the sector and is synonymous with quality and service.
Due to the nature of this particular business the successful applicant will have substantial experience of:
- Running a hospitality / retail combination site.
- Excellent training and development skills are essential in co-ordinating the efforts of a large team.
- Being proactive rather than reactive to guest needs, dealing with guest comments as an opportunity not a process.
- Acting as a host to the business.
You will need to be able to manage and develop a large team and co-ordinate the distinct aspects of the business ensuring the site operates efficiently and to the high standards that our client demands.
