We are looking for a Manager with exceptionally high customer service skills who can motivate the team, lead by example and implement a store plan, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute towards the store goals whilst always keeping the customer at heart. You must have passion for retail in your DNA, be able to deliver a brilliant customer experience and get some fantastic results. Plus, you’ll be bursting with personality.
The key purpose is to approach your role with a complete sense of ownership and accept the accountability that comes with that. To manage, develop and organise your store to achieve all agreed targets, budgets and KPI’s whilst delivering exceptional customer experience. This is your chance to work in a fast paced, exciting, unique retail environment where good ideas are encouraged to become great results and the development of people is a top priority. You will be ultimately responsible for all that occurs within the four walls of the store including:
·delivering exceptional customer experience & goals through your team
·sales
·profit & loss responsibility
·driving store standards through effective merchandising
·driving KPI’s – maximizing sales at every opportunity
·managing marketing campaigns – increasing add on sales
·human resources – excellent people management
·expense control
As part of your role you will function as a Floor Leader during which you will have designated responsibilities within the store to identify & rectify:
·coaching & training of the team
·be an advocate for customers
·lead sales team
Key Attributes – Store Manager:
·have previous relevant experience in a role as a retail manager
·proven commitment to being the best
·have a proven track record in exceptional customer service & desire to pursue career in retail
·have strong commercial awareness
·bursting with personality
·able to interact with all ages
STORE MANAGER - reports directly to the Area Manager. This is a full time & salaried position.
