Applicants must have an ASA Level 1 or Level 2 swimming teacher qualification or equivalent, be customer focused, flexible and able to work as part of a team.

A Swimming Teacher at Total Fitness must be approachable and customer-focused. They should posses all the qualities of an excellent Swimming Instructor and endeavour to lead by example in terms of their job performance and overall conduct.
Ideally a Swimming Teacher should have previous experience of working as a swimming teacher or in a health and fitness club. They must also posses an ASA Swimming Teacher qualification.
The ideal candidate will be capable of keeping concise swimming records, dealing with confidential issues and liasing with the Regional Swimming Co-ordinator, Club Managers and members.
