We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to work for a large reputable construction company in Yorkshire. Reporting to the Director, the suitable candidate will have a proven background working for a principal contractor on £20m+ new build construction projects.
They will be responsible for:-
-Devise and implement the company's SHE policy
-Set annual company performance targets.
-Lead and direct the SHE team to ensure processes are followed and behaviours are embedded across all areas of the business.
-To improve and drive the business forward.
Applicants MUST have worked in a senior level SHE role with similar responsibilities, for a sizeable organisation.
