As a result of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our sales team and recruit a skilled and experienced sales executive with experience in design, marketing and communications both online and printed.
Skills & Experience :

1. Experience of new business development and account management, selling design, marketing and communication services to SMEs.
2. Two years minimum experience and a successful track record developed across the full sales life cycle – from presentations development and business case development.
3. Strong proven communication and presentation skills – using different medias (internet / telephones / face-2-face).
4. Strong knowledge of the SME market place, having already sold creative design, marketing and communication solutions would be an advantage.
5. A proven track record in meeting targets set.
6. The ability to work as a team and on your own ensuring that your monthly target is hit as the main priority of this role.

Working Ethics
FDC is a fast growing vibrant creative agency with a work hard play hard business ethos, the role is for someone that is looking to drive new business sales and managing your own retained customers. The role will be one that will be purely monitored by revenue into the business, leads of 20+ with a project value of £500 to £10K for each lead will be passed from FDCs lead generation program.
The role also requires you to develop your own leads and turn them into closed business. If you have the ability to develop warm leads and find your own to generate 250K of business each year then your right for this position.This will be a role for an individual with passion for creative design across print, internet and digitally.
No capping of commission will be in place.
