We have an Intern position available at our fast developing travel marketing company based in Angel, North London.

This role is open to under-graduates who are seeking an unpaid work placement position as part of their degree course.

THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR UNDER-GRADUATES WHO ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A WORK PLACEMENT AS PART OF THEIR DEGREE.

The Role
The role would be very varied and you would get involved with a wide range of essential tasks to suit your interest / degree

Tasks include:
  • Provide regular MI updates to clients
  • Support the sales & operations teams as required
  • Develop & make a success of a variety of revenue generating web projects
  • training course management i.e. market, sell & process all bookings & certificates
  • Generate beneficial reciprocal links with colleges & other organisations to improve content on the site and help our SEO
  • Sell banners & hosted links to colleges & universities
  • Help develop our facebook & twitter pages + develop other social networking
  • Help create web pages for various projects
  • Assist with the creation & testing of new travel training courses
  • Assist with the management and improvement of our customer database
  • Make follow-up sales calls to dormant clients
  • Assist with data manipulation & report writing
  • Undertake customer satisfaction surveys
  • Get involved & get your hands dirty with any random thing that pops up!
  • Be brilliant and come up with fab new ideas to help the business!

Candidate Spec
This role would suit a sales / marketing / travel under-graduate looking for relevant work experience AS PART of their course.
Non-UK based applicants welcome but you must have relevant work/entry visas.

Must have:
  • You should be a under-graduate, preferably studying sales, marketing or travel
  • Bright, friendly, proactive, keen people with a great can-do attitude
  • Excellent written & spoken English / good copywriting skills
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Self-starter with own bright ideas and suggestions
  • Good analytical skills & great eye for detail
  • Beneficial to have:
  • Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, CRM systems

Salary
This would be an unpaid Intern / Work Placement role
London travel expenses would be paid. Some commission may be paid.

Contract period:
We would ideally like you to be with us for no less than 4 months.
