My client is looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Director who can define a new corporate-focussed brand identity that will help position the company at the top of the serviced apartments industry. The role encompasses the following areas of responsibility:Strategy, TeamBuilding, BrandBuilding, Sales and Account Management.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years sales career experience with at least 3 years at Director level selling services to blue chip companies. Some of those years must have included experience of brand building and marketing for companies that did not have a fully developed brand.
It is essential that applicants have an excellent track record of the following (at Director level):
Successful implementation of new sales and marketing strategies
Building and leading successful and dynamic sales teams
Winning tendering processes in a competitive industry
Building a brand from an early stage
Full responsibility for a sales P&L
Also, applicants must come from a similar B2B industry
Any of the following would be beneficial, though not essential:
Experience within the Serviced Apartments industry
Public Relations experience
Trade shows and exhibitions
Knowledge of affiliate programs
Involvement in the development or selection of CRM systems.
