Sales & Operations Manager - Middlesbrough
26,000 plus Bonuses & excellent Benefits
The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for both the Store Back of House operations, and supporting the Store Manager in maximizing Store sales and profit. Must have Fashion Management experience.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills and have operations experience and be commercially aware.
You will be responsible for driving account performance to achieve Store targets, manage Store/team communication, manage stockloss controls and security and recruit, train and develop the Store team.
