- An accomplished Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Department manager
- Able to demonstrate experience within the UK High Street fashion marketplace
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership and team working skills
- Experienced in managing teams
